SAP S/4 Hana Solutions Architect

Senior Solution Architect with PTP/STP

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced S/4 HANA STP (Source-to-Pay)/PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Consultant with a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of S/4 HANA PTP/STP modules, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to integrate with broader supply chain processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement, enhance, and support end-to-end procurement and supply chain processes on the S/4 HANA platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in S/4 HANA STP/PTP implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
  
• Design and implement procurement, inventory, and supply chain solutions in S/4 HANA that align with business needs and industry best practices.
  
• Configure, customize, and optimize S/4 HANA procurement modules including purchase orders, requisitions, vendor management, and invoice processing .
  
• Ensure seamless integration between STP/PTP processes and SCM modules (including MM, WM, PP, and SD).
  
• Support and troubleshoot issues related to procurement and supply chain processes, driving continuous improvements.
  
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to understand business requirements and provide expert guidance.
  
• Conduct user training and develop process documentation to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of the solution.
  
• Stay up to date with new S/4 HANA capabilities, updates, and industry trends in procurement and supply chain management.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PTP/STP with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations in S/4 HANA .
  
• Strong knowledge of S/4 HANA PTP/STP modules including procurement, vendor management, purchasing, and accounts payable.
  
• Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and integration points with PTP/STP.
  
• Strong hands-on configuration experience in S/4 HANA, particularly in MM (Materials Management) and EWM integration.
  
• Understanding of supplier collaboration, procurement analytics, and source-to-pay automation .
  
• Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), workflow processes, and Fiori apps for procurement.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions under pressure.
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GT Nexus or other procurement platforms.
  
• Familiarity with S/4 HANA Cloud and ABAP, SolMan, UiPath, Celonis or Reporting
  
• Familiar with GTS, EWM, TM and IBP modules
