Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP CO Consultant to support our client in optimizing their financial controlling processes and effectively leveraging SAP Controlling functionalities. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP CO modules, an understanding of business processes in financial management, and experience delivering end-to-end SAP CO solutions. Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design SAP CO solutions tailored to their financial and controlling needs.
• Configure and implement SAP CO features, including cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis (CO-PA).
• Manage full lifecycle SAP CO implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, end-user training, and go-live support.
• Perform system troubleshooting, resolve issues, and ensure seamless performance of the SAP CO module.
• Integrate SAP CO with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP) to refine processes like budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for key users and business teams to enhance their understanding of SAP CO processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial processes with SAP CO functionality and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP CO Consultant or similar roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (PC), and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) .
• Strong understanding of finance, controlling, and management accounting principles.
• Experience in integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, and PP.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze issues, and implement sustainable solutions within the SAP CO framework.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA for financial transformation and Controlling processes.
• SAP CO certification is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Reporting tools like SAP FIORI, BW (Business Warehouse), or SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
• Experience with global SAP rollouts or large-scale implementations.
