We are currently looking for a Scrum Master. You will be responsible for establishing Scrum practices in typically 1-2 teams, or teams that have some foundations on Scrum. Act as facilitator, helping the team make their work transparent, inspecting, and adapting based on the learnings. Removes impediments to the Scrum team. Encourages open discussion. Identifies and resolves issues within the team. Is accountable for the team’s effectiveness by coaching, training, and mentoring the Scrum Team to improve practices.

Job Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its implementation.

• Experience working as a Scrum Master in an international company, preferably in a SAFe environment.

• Hands on experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Ability to coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and SAFe principles.

• Knowledge of Agile project management tools - Azure DevOps preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.

• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills to address issues and foster collaboration within the team.

• Experience in applying Agile metrics and reporting to track progress and improve team performance.

• Ability to identify and remove impediments to help the team deliver value consistently.

• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the latest Agile practices and SAFe guidelines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other Agile frameworks like Kanban or Lean is a plus.

• Technical background and basic knowledge of Azure Cloud, Power BI, Databricks are welcome
