The ideal candidate will bring at least 6 years of experience as an attorney in family law. Commercial litigation experience a plus. This role involves managing a diverse array of cases, including marital property issues, custody disputes, divorce, separation, mediation, and spousal and child support. Additionally, this role may assist with other matters such as commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
The role requires significant client interaction, exceptional written and oral communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and an aptitude for business generation.
