The Role:
As an Enterprise Solutions Implementation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers adopt and maximize the value of our software. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, configure our platform to meet their unique requirements, and ensure successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to define requirements and tailor our solutions to their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and solution reviews
- Design and set up proof of concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers
- Configure our platform to address various business scenarios
- Identify and mitigate potential risks based on product capabilities
- Provide timely and exceptional customer service to address issues and concerns
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and understanding of industry trends
- Create comprehensive documentation and adhere to organizational processes
- Meet SLAs and key performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- 4-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting enterprise products
- Strong software background with the ability to quickly master complex product functionality
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations, including API integrations and data migrations
- Proven track record of conducting technical discussions and discovery workshops with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with remote teams across different time zones
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to travel to customer locations when required
- Knowledge of web design (HTML, JavaScript) is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and project management tools
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the wellness/spa industry is beneficial but not required
