We're seeking a talented Senior React Developer to join our growing software company in Carrollton, TX. As a key member of our team, you'll lead a group of React developers while contributing to cutting-edge web and mobile applications that deliver high ROI for our clients.
Key Responsibilities• Architect and develop React and React Native applications (80% development, 20% architecture)
• Lead and mentor a team of React developers
• Design and implement a company-wide component library
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Develop and maintain unit tests using Jest
• Integrate client services with APIs
• Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Review junior developers' work and enforce coding standards
• Proven experience as a Senior React Developer
• Strong JavaScript and React programming skills
• Proficiency in software architecture principles
• Experience with Material UI patterns and practices
• Familiarity with Git version control
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC models
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Node.js, Storybook, Xcode, and Swift
• Track record of long-term employment (no job-hopping)
• Full-time employment background (vs. contracting)
