Specific Details about this role: On a typical day,  we meet as a team to start the day.  Then we load the vehicles with the proper equipment to clean windows, pressure wash, clean gutters, or install Christmas lights to an excellent standard. You will assist a crew leader to make homes in the Traverse City area Shine!  

What we provide:Vehicle, uniforms, equipment, and a great work environment are provided.  We are looking for hard working, teachable candidates.  Shine will teach you the specific skills to do a great job providing our services.  We routinely promote from within our company and there is always room for advancement.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
