Sentar is seeking a Software Developer Level II in San Diego, CA!

Role Description:


Clearance Level: Secret


Education: Bachelors or higher degree in computer science, information systems, or computer engineering.



Experience:


Desired experience developing software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.


Desired experience developing software using Java and JavaScript within past 5 years.


Desired experience with presenting software analysis recommendations to technical committee and/or configuration control board.


Desired experience in developing, modifying, and applying computer modeling and programming applications to analyze and solve mathematical and scientific problems affecting system and program performance.


Desired experience translating operational needs into long-term architecture solutions.


Ability to design and build related databases, performing data access analysis design, and archive/recovery design, implementation, and management.


Ability to participate in all phases of scientific and engineering projects such as research, design, development, testing, modeling, simulating, training, and documentation.


Knowledge of JENM baselines and software environments.


Desired experience with MUOS waveform.
