Part-Time Strategic Partnership & Event Intern for ArtWorks, a Brand New Day venture

Design joyful, artful, purpose-driven events that help people connect and flourish.

Hybrid work-from-home, on-site in Dallas, Texas (~10-12 hours/week)

ArtWorks creates immersive experiences that help people reconnect—with themselves, each other, and their own creative spark. This summer, we're launching a playful new series of micro-events in Dallas that blend fun, reflection, and human flourishing. And we want one awesome intern to help us bring it all to life.

You’ll get real ownership, hands-on experience, and a chance to make a creative mark on something meaningful.

What You'll Do

Create & Connect:

• Research and pitch potential partners (venues, community orgs, brands, etc.)
• Lead & Launch: Help plan, co-host, and coordinate joyful events that foster connection
• Communicate: Write short & playful event invites, outreach emails, and simple social posts
• Design: Shape experiences people will remember—and feel
• Reflect & Grow: Meet regularly with the ArtWorks founder to reflect on your journey, learn entrepreneurial skills, and build a professional story you're proud of

You're a Fit If

• You are energized by people and new ideas
• Love planning events, building community, and creating something from scratch
• Are organized but not afraid to color outside the lines
• Believe in leadership, purpose, and creativity
• Are a college student (or recent grad) looking to grow your voice, network, and creative confidence

Stipend + Performance Bonuses

• $100/week stipend for core deliverables
• $75 bonus per successful event you organize
• $75 bonus per partnership or sponsor you secure
• $150 end-of-summer bonus for completing your flourishing internship roadmap
