About the Company

We are building a networking and collaboration platform aimed at professionals, creators, and project builders. Our mission is to make it easy for innovators to publicize a project, find skilled collaborators, and start building a product. The MVP is already built and live on iOS:

This is a pre-started business with massive growth potential. With the right team, we anticipate scaling to $10M in annual revenue within 5 years .

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Technical Co-Founder to lead the development and technical vision of the platform. The ideal candidate has experience with React Native and AWS Amplify (6+ months) and is eager to learn and grow .

This is a part-time role (~18 hours/week, 2-3 hours/day) to start. This is expected to be a secondary role outside your primary job. As the platform scales to thousands of users, your role will naturally grow , with you ultimately leading the company as the primary manager and CEO .

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the development of the platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Maintain and improve the existing React Native app with AWS Amplify.
  • Work alongside a designer/UX expert (who will receive 15% equity) to improve user experience.
  • Implement new features, optimize performance, and address user feedback.
  • Participate in strategic discussions, product planning, and investor pitches.
  • Eventually take full responsibility of the company as the primary manager.

Requirements

  • React Native and AWS Amplify experience (6+ months minimum).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Open to learning new technologies and adapting to product needs.
  • Passion for startups, networking, and building meaningful products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to scale applications.

Compensation & Equity

  • 20% Equity (Negotiable)
  • No salary initially, but once we secure investment and revenue, the team will receive compensation.
  • Expected company revenue target: $10M per year by Year 5
  • → Your 20% equity could yield $2M per year in revenue share at scale.
  • Equity-based compensation to align incentives with long-term success.

Next Steps

Once we assemble our core team (Technical Co-Founder & Designer/UX/Marketing Co-Founder), we will pitch to investors for funding, marketing budget, and hiring additional team members .
