TIG WELDERS NEEDED - AEROSPACE
2nd shift 3:30pm - 2am M-Th with an 8% differential
Essential Duties:

• Responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction
• Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbology
• Process inspection, certification, and documentation
• Welding equipment maintenance
• Other duties as assigned by the area supervisor
  Knowledge and Abilities:
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
• Ability to read blueprints and instructions
• Basic Computer skills
• Proficiency in welding techniques
• Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials
• Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
• Capable of reading wiring schematic

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of3 -5years TIG welding experience with close tolerance
• Aerospace experience a plus, but not required

• Ability to lift 35 lbs.
• Ability to work standing for periods of time
• Eyesight correctable to 20/30 required

• Will be required to take and pass a color blindness test for visual inspections
• Able to wear cleanroom attire
