Job Description



As our Veterinary Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our veterinary clinic operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all practice operations, including staffing, inventory control, and facility maintenance.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising office staff to ensure adherence to practice protocols and procedures.
  • Overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, payroll management, and vendor relationship maintenance.
  • Ensuring compliance with DEA and OSHA regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
  • Developing and implementing efficient office procedures and patient record systems.
  • Mediating and resolving conflicts among staff members and addressing client concerns professionally.
  • Collaborating with veterinary professionals to maintain high standards of patient care and client service.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the practice.
  • Staying current with veterinary terminology and best practices in veterinary practice management.
  • Facilitating clear communication between pet owners, staff, and veterinarians to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications



Qualifications

:

  • Experienced or Certified Veterinary Practice Manager with a minimum of 1-year management experience preferred or 3+ years veterinary experience preferred
  • knowledgeable in veterinary medicine terminology and how to run a veterinary hospital 
  • Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
  • Highly organized and possess computer skills
  • Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset
  • Open availability with flexibility to change hours based on hospital’s needs

Additional Information



Pay range: $80-$90k annually, depending on experience
