Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time or part- time editor who thrives in post-production – someone who finds satisfaction in crafting stories through editing, not filming.

The successful candidate must not only be capable in execution but also  embody the Core Values of Accelerate

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into impactful, polished marketing content
• Use Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop to enhance storytelling
• Create simple motion graphics and sound design for completed videos
• Organize assets (b-roll, music, graphics, etc.) and build projects within our internal framework
• Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to deliver meaningful content for our clients
• Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent professional video editing experience
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Strong sense of story, pacing, emotion, and visual clarity
• Deep pride in your craft and high personal standards
• Self-starter mentality — you thrive with autonomy and structure

Compensation & Benefits

• Full Time Salary Range of $45,000-$60,000 – Based on experience
• Part Time Salary Range of $21-$28 per hour – Based on experience
