Job Description

Primary Duties

· Assist licensed agents in servicing existing clients including completing endorsements, memos, follow ups, and documentation

· Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing basic information when needed

· Provide support to agents by complete coverage forms, paperwork, information gathering.

· Maintain quality service by following procedures and presenting a professional appearance and demeanor

· Quote new and renewal business under the supervision of a licensed agent

· Respond promptly to client inquiries

Required Skills & Experience

· Ability to multi-task and manage workflow

· Critical thinker with an attention to detail

· Microsoft Office products proficiency

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential information

· Ability to maintain a professional appearance and an organized workspace

Preferred Skills & Experience

· Prior CSR experience or related experience

· Insurance agent licensure or the ability to become licensed

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk
