Job Description

We’re searching for an analytically-minded and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our small but mighty internal marketing agency. Internal marketing agency? The heck is that? Here’s the scoop:

Essentially, our team is the marketing department of two sister companies: MPower Solar and Overpass.

Using your comprehensive experience and expertise in both the B2B and B2C digital marketing worlds, you’ll be knowledgeable of algorithms, trends, and best practices across various platforms (e.g. Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta) to determine strategies and channel approaches. Driven by metrics, you’ll take a dynamic approach and work nimbly to optimize and test creatives and messaging to increase traffic and sales.

Reports to

  • Director of Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, test, and optimize comprehensive campaign plans that align business goals with effective paid media strategies.
  • Identify, track, and analyze behavior trends via GA4 and related platforms to make data-driven recommendations
  • Build, track, and manage attribution reports via HubSpot
  • Improve performance and efficiency of the website, PPC, SEM, social, and other paid and organic digital marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure content is SEO optimized and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns
  • Prepare detailed performance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Provide strategic guidance on content & campaign creation, promotion, optimization, and placement to achieve the best results.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Director of Marketing to develop campaign budgets, while independently monitoring and reporting on them
  • Coordinate with Social Media Manager, Copywriters, Consultants, and Graphic Designers to ensure the seamless execution of paid media campaigns
  • Closely monitor full funnel lead movement through HubSpot

Requirements

  • 4 year degree in marketing or a related field a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing (unique certifications a plus)
  • A proven track record in data tracking and analyzation to reach business goals and KPIs
  • Proficiency in PPC, SEM, SEO and other forms of digital marketing
  • Deep understanding of website and data analytics tools such as: GA4, Looker Studio, Hubspot, Fullstory, AdWords, and SEMRush
  • Strong ability to analyze metrics, reports, and trends
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital channels and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to utilize creativity and innovation to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
