As Director of Enrollment & Outreach, you will be the driving force behind student enrollment, program growth, and strategic community engagement across our flagship Addison campus. This is not a desk job—it’s a frontline leadership role built for someone who knows how to build bridges, close the gap, and fill every seat with purpose.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead enrollment efforts across multiple high-impact programs (Beauty, Healthcare, Workforce, Nursing, etc.)
• Develop and execute community outreach strategies to engage prospective students, parents, and local partners
• Manage the full admissions lifecycle: inquiries, applications, interviews, conversions
• Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns that drive leads and build brand awareness
• Represent the college at local events, schools, workforce centers, and job fairs
• Analyze data weekly to track pipeline performance and hit enrollment benchmarks
• Build relationships with employers, high schools, and community organizations to support pipeline development
• Coordinate with academic and compliance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and student success
• Supervise and mentor admissions/enrollment staff as the team expands

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in college admissions, student recruitment, or education sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Data-driven decision-maker with a bias for action and results
• Local market knowledge of Addison/Dallas-Fort Worth a major plus
• Passion for education, social mobility, and helping people unlock opportunity
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
