Our client is a wonderful, young family in Greenwich with one child. They would like to hire an experienced Executive Housekeeper / House Manager. The ideal person loves to care for a beautiful home and family. The Executive Housekeeper will coordinate with the deep cleaning team (3 times/week) and the full-time Nanny to ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities include: Daily graces and housekeeping Laundry Grocery shopping and online procurement Food prep healthy meals and snacks for the child Stock and maintain the fridge and pantry Errands, gift buying, handle online returns Pet care for a small dog Must enjoy children as there will be some backup childcare when the Nanny on vacation or ill. Qualifications: Candidates must have previous experience running a home or boutique hotel and excellent, verifiable references. The ideal candidate is a team player who enjoys caring for a fine home and attending to the details. You must be comfortable with both housekeeping and administrative tasks. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm), with some flexibility required. Compensation: The client is prepared to pay up to $105,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits include annual discretionary bonus, healthcare stipend, PTO, and paid vacation.
