Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Attorney located in Stamford, CT. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their immigration goals. This role involves representing clients in primarily family- and employment-based affirmative immigration filings, preparing legal documents, and providing strategic legal advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including family-based and employment-based immigration cases.
  • Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation for various immigration benefits.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on the latest developments in immigration law and policy.
  • Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, and provide strategic guidance on immigration options.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and ensure timely case management.
  • Attend hearings, interviews, and court proceedings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files.

Qualifications

  • Bar admission in any state
  • 3+ years of immigration law experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Perks

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience
  • Annual performance bonus
  • 9am - 5pm Monday-Friday
