Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Janitorial Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive new business growth, and foster strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, experience in the commercial cleaning or facility services industry, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across medical, educational, corporate, and other commercial sectors.
  • Attend industry networking events and community functions to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Host client lunches and meetings to nurture relationships and understand their evolving needs.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Pre-bid Meetings & Walkthroughs: Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess client needs and scope of work.
  • Proposal Writing: Develop customized proposals that address client requirements, highlighting our company’s unique solutions and services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in janitorial, facility services, or related industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in sales in the commercial cleaning or facilities services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Driver’s License: Must have reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
