Marketing Manager – Full-Service Catering Company

💼 Full-Time | $60,000 – $75,000 + Bonus + Benefits (total base + bonus to exceed $100k)

We’re known for delivering exceptional food and service—from elegant weddings to corporate dinners and everything in between—and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can showcase what makes us stand out.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and client engagement
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
• Create compelling content that highlights our events, team, and culinary excellence
• Collaborate with sales and culinary teams to support business development goals
• Manage relationships with media, vendors, and partners
• Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in catering, hospitality, food & beverage, or events
• Fluent in Spanish
• Talented in traditional marketing techniques (face-to-face interaction, community engagement, and presentations)
• Experience with digital tools (social media, email marketing, CMS, basic graphic design)
• Strong writing, design, and content creation skills
• A self-starter with great ideas and the drive to make them happen
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
