Position Title: PeopleSoft HCM Programmer Analyst

Location: 100% OnSite role ( San Bernardino CA 92415) Need local candidate

Duration: 12 plus months contract with possible extension

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Target years of experience 5 years of experience with Peoplesoft and HCM
• Top 35 Technical Skills
• Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite Application Designer SQR Application Engine AWE Query etc.
• Advanced PeopleCode experience.
• Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft onboarding processes.
• Experience with COBOL Application Packages Component Interface Fluid Development HTML5 and CSS.
• Experience integrating 3rd party recruiting systems into a PeopleSoft environment

Responsibilities

1. Designing implementing and testing HCM application involving new features and functionality from functional requirements.
2. Maintenance support design development and implementation of HCM application.
3. Developing and maintaining applications and modules related to employee onboarding

Payroll Time and Labor Benefits Benefits Administration ePerformance and Talent Acquisition Management and Candidate Gateway modules.

1. Database design in Oracle SQL and formulating advanced SQL queries
2. Developing new and maintaining existing Database ETL processes and reports.
3. Good communication skills ability to work independently and in team environment and communicate with clients.
4. Strong time management and multitasking skills; ability to handle changes in business requirements and set priorities across multiple projects.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite Application Designer SQR Application Engine AWE Query etc.
2. Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft onboarding processes.
3. Advanced PeopleCode experience.
4. Experience with COBOL Application Packages Component Interface Fluid Development HTML5 and CSS.
5. Experience selectively adopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images.
6. Experience reducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and Drop Zones.
7. Advanced SQL experience on an Oracle database.
8. Strong understanding of SDLC.
9. Familiar with various design architectural patterns and HCM frameworks.
10. Ability to write clean readable modular scalable and easily maintainable code with proper technical documentation.
11. Understanding of code versioning tools.
12. Troubleshooting analytical skills and excellent communication skills.
13. Experience integrating 3rd party recruiting systems into a PeopleSoft environment

Experience and Education:

Information Management Computer Science or any closely related field with at least 5 years working experience using HCM PeopleSoft JavaScript Libraries SQL and SQR. An equivalent combination of experience education and training will be considered.
