Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise construction processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and address any issues that arise.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
