Luther Mazda of Kansas City is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented Valet Driver to join our team. This is a full-time, hourly position with no nights or weekends required. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting our customers' vehicles to and from designated areas, providing exceptional customer service along the way. • Safely and efficiently drive and park customers' vehicles in designated areas
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with customer inquiries and concerns, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping the valet area and lot free of debris and clutter
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, adhering to traffic laws and dealership policies
• Keep accurate records of all vehicles, keys, and tags in a timely and organized manner
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional holidays as needed
